Cancellation Policy
To help us provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
- Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if it impacts other clients.
- We understand that emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
